“Flap”, a solo work by choreographer Sarah Warsop (Snag / Siobhan Davies Dance / Rambert), was our first opportunity to work with one of Europe’s smartest dancers. With a solo guitar accompaniment, and the work danced by the choreographer herself, Sarah asked us for a responsive media visual accompaniment to her extraordinary piece of work. Just as the dancework and guitarwork were performed in real time, we designed a video to be performed in the moment, following the dance, rather than regulating it. An extraordinary dancer, an extraordinary venue. A pleasure.
